Union Judiciary

The Union Judiciary has jurisdiction in disagreements between the Student Union government, government officials, Union organizations, and Union members. The Judiciary also has authority to determine the constitutionality of Union government legislation, decisions, and actions.

You may submit a request for the UJ to hear your case here.

For all court procedures, please view the PDF below.

The Judiciary consists of a Chief Justice, four Associate Justices, and a Clerk of the Court. All pre-trial matters are handled through the Clerk of the Court, who is appointed by majority vote of the Justices. A listing of all Union Judiciary members is available in the Judiciary directory. Most questions can be addressed to the Clerk of the Court or the Chief Justice.
