To my Constituency:

Services Committee-
This week I finalized the transaction paperwork for Ultimate Livery to supply our Turkey Shuttle transportation. Also, I have contacted Waltham Pizza and Lizzy's ice cream to get quotes to submit for our Senate SMR.

Communiversity:
This week, we extended the due date for Communiversity course proposals. The new date is December 4th. The faculty letter was sent out friday, so we are hoping for a lot of faculty member support in running Communiversity courses.

CEER-
This week we scheduled our meeting with Executive Vice President Jeff Apfel. We are meeting with him on Tuesday, November 24th. At this meeting we hope to establish the goals for CEER that both the CEER committee and the administration see as attainable in our near future.

To my constituency:

Services Committee-
This week I got the contract from Ultimate Livery to finalize their services for this Thanksgivings Turkey Shuttles.
For the Midnight Buffet, we decided on the theme, t-shirts, food suppliers, etc.

CEER-
This week we met and discussed how we will prepare research individually prior to our meeting with Jeff Apfel. We will discuss with the whole committee the research that we cound individually.

COWG-
we are meeting this Wednesday with Marc Collins (Please contact me if any Ridgewood residents have issue they would like to address with him regarding facilites or general life in this quad).

Communiversity-

We are still organizing courses for the spring. Please submit any course you wish to run.

To my Constituency:

Communiversity- This week I e-mailed the faculty and administration the letter inviting them to join in this year's Communiversity program held in the spring. The deadline for course submissions is November 30th. As a committeee, we also set completion dates for all things necessary to have another successful year with Communiversity.

Services Committee- This week we made more progress orchestrating this fall's Midnight Buffet. We are getting quotes for shirts and brainstorming ideas for the design. The theme is outer space.
Also, we are waiting on survey results for the Turkey Shuttle. Please be sure to fill out the survey if you intent to use this service for the Thanksgiving break.

Committee of Endowment Ethics and Responsibility (CEER)- This week I was named as a Co-chair, along with Evan Green-Lowe, for CEER. I had the opportunity to speak with Executive VP Jeff Apfel who shares CEERs hopes for greater transparency for our university's endowment investments. We are looking to get the ball rolling on this initiative in the very near future.

Club Support Committee - We are holding a meeting this Wednesday to identify our focus and responsibilities for the remainder of the year.

To my constituency:

This week I have worked on the following projects and/or events...

- Services Committee
We have decided to use Ultimate Livery as our shuttle provider for the Brandeis "Turkey Shuttles". They are supplying discounted prices given our large-scale needs.

We have been brainstorming ideas for a Midnight Buffet theme. We are thinking "Space Out at the Midnight Buffet," but are entertaining other themes (If you have any ideas please e-mail me). Also, we have been calling local restaurants to get quotes for food services.

- Communiversity
We had our first meeting last week to get started on this years Communiversity program held in the spring. We will be sending out a letter next week to the student body and faculty to submit requests for their Communiversity courses they want to teach.

- I have decided to join the club support committee as I had promised during my campaign earlier in the year.
