How to Upload Your Club Constitution

Please note that all chartered, recognized, and secured organizations are required to have their club constitution uploaded by March 15th, 2006

Go to myBrandeis
Log in
Click on the ClubCenter icon
Click on the name of your club.
If you are an administrator of your club, you will see an "Upload a file" link under the "Documents & Links" section of the page. If you do not see it, make sure you are logged in. If you are not an administrator of your club, contact a current administrator, or the Union Secretary
Click the "Browse" button, and select your constitution from your hard drive.
In the title field, enter "Constitution". Enter a brief description in the Description field. Leave the Location field at its default setting.
Hit "Submit and Upload"
You will now be redirected to the "Administer Permissions" page. Click "grant" under the "Read?" column of the "All Users" row (the bottom left cell).
Click "Go back to where you were"
