Reserving Space On Campus
Most "bookable" spaces on campus may be reserved by Student Union chartered and recognized organizations through the Department of Conference and Events Services. Conference and Events Services is located in Kutz Hall, Room 9 and is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Academic spaces, large function spaces, and meeting rooms (outside of Shapiro Campus Center) are reserved through the Department of Conference and Events Services.
Reservations and assistance are available by dialing 781-736-4300. For more information, you may also consult the CES web page or email ces -AT- brandeis.edu. (Note: The CES online information form is non-functional.)
The following spaces are reserved independently of Conference and Event Services:
- Tabling in Usdan Student Center / Shapiro Campus Center
Tables may be reserved in Usdan Student Center or Shapiro Center Atrium through the Department of Student Activities. For more information, please contact Michelle Moore in the Department of Student Activities. She may be reached at 781-736-5065 or mjmoore -AT- brandeis.edu. - Shapiro Campus Center
The Shapiro Campus Center Atrium, Multi-Purpose Room, and Function Rooms are reserved through the Operations Coordinator in the Department of Student Activities. The Shapiro Campus Center Theatre is reserved through the Campus Center Theater Coordinator. For more information, please contact the Department of Student Activities at 781-736-5065. - Club Development Center ("Romper Room")
The Club Development Center is open during normal Union office hours and is also open to club leaders via card access 24 hours a day. However, it may be reserved for special Union organization events. For more information on this space, please contact the Student Union Secretary at secretary -AT- brandeis.edu. - Intercultural Center Lounge
The ICC Lounge may be reserved by contacting the Intercultural Center at 781-736-8580. - Quad Lounges in Residence Areas
Quad lounges are reserved through the Quad Directors assigned to individual residence areas. For more information, contact the Department of Resdience Life or the individual quad office below:
