Overview

There are two kinds of forms: Student Union-specific forms and University-specific forms. Student Union-specific forms (such as Check Request Form) are created by the Treasurer and are meant to be only for undergraduate organizations. University-specific forms (such as Non-Employee Payment Request Form) are created by the University and are meant for the entire Brandeis community.

In all requests and transactions of Union organizations, Student Union-specific forms are required. University-specific forms are always supplementary.
