Treasurer: The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the Union. As the comptroller, s/he oversees and manages the entire money flow of over 1 million dollars of Student Activities Fee (SAF). S/he is responsible for setting the operations budget of the Union Government. The Treasurer's day-to-day duties include issuing payments for Union-chartered organizations, as well as for the Union Government. The Treasurer is assisted by the Union Budget Analyst, a full-time employee in the Office of Students and Enrollment. The Treasurer is elected every spring.
Finance Board Chair: Every semester, by a majority vote, the Finance Board members elect a Chair. Any F-Board members are eligible to run for the Chair position with the exception of the Treasurer. The F-Board Chair is ultimately responsible for the conduct and operations of the F-Board.
Finance Board: The Finance Board (F-Board) is responsible for allocating the Finance Board Allocations Fund of Student Activities Fee to chartered and secured organizations. The F-Board is composed of the Union Treasurer, four members elected at large, one member elected by racial minority students, and one member appointed by the Union President and confirmed by the Senate. They are elected or appointed every spring.
Club Support Committee:The Club Support Committee (CSC) acts a liaison between club leaders and the Student Union Government. The CSC is responsible for assisting new clubs with constitutions, aiding club leaders with Union processes, and acting as a general resource for club leaders.
Secretary:The Secretary is the Chief Operating and Information Officer of the Union. S/he executes or oversees the daily operations of the Union Government. S/he is also responsible for maintenance of all Union records and documents (digital and paper). In addition, the Secretary serves as the Chief of Elections for all Union Elections. S/he is elected every spring.
