Union Resources Available to Campaigns

The following resources are provided by the Union for the use of election campaigns. You may not use your own supplies, only resources provided by the Student Union. Only exception: you may use your own home computer or home telephone. You may use your own legally purchased software, or software available on other University computers.

Up to
- 200 copies (8.5'' X 11'') for positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Senator at Large, Senator for Racial Minority Students, Member of the Finance Board, Justice of the Union Judiciary, Representaive to the Alumni Association, Representative to the UCC, and Representative to the Board of Trustees
- 100 copies for the positions of Class Year Senator, including Senator for the Transitional Year Program
- 75 copies for the positions of Quad Senator, including Senator for Off Campus Students
2 roles of Masking tape (for hanging of materials)
Scissors, paper cutters, and 3-hole punches
Poster-making materials, with the following limitations:
- Posters may not exceed 24 square feet
- Only one poster may be placed in each quadrangle on campus
- Only one poster may be placed in each student center, with approval (stamp) of a Student Center Team member
Club Resource Center (CRC) computers.
