Monday, March 9th 5 PM - 6 PM, ICC Multipurpose Room
Self Defense Workshop

Join instructor Tiffany Roberts (Brandeis '11) for an applied lesson in
self-defense and making the most of your surroundings. The workshop will
consist of instruction in basic technique, hands-on practice, and a
question answer period. All are welcome!

Tuesday, March 10th, 3 PM - 4 PM, Shapiro Campus Center Atrium
Vagina Cookie Decorating

If your vagina was a cookie what would it taste like?... Stop by during
your class-commute and join the Vagina Club in the Campus Center as we
decorate vagina sugar cookies with all sorts of tasty art supplies!

Wednesday, March 11th, 6 PM - 8 PM, Olin Sang Auditorium
Orgasm Workshop

Back by popular demand! Think you know it all? Think you know nothing?
No matter what, don't miss this entertaining (and informative) workshop
led by Brandeis' favorite guest expert! Using clips from movies and
books, Megan from Miko Exoticwear has returned just to show you how to
get your groove on to leave you (or someone else) extremely satisfied!

Real Life Vagina Monologues Panel

Ever wonder about the personal choices your professors have made in

their vaginas say?  Come learn about the interesting lives of women
leaders on our campus in a Real Life Vagina Monologues! Refreshments
will be provided.

A3. Emotions: The play
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emotions is a play written and directed by senior Nathan Porteshawver.
The play is about a rock star on the brink of self-destruction that
must come to terms with his past. There will even be a live band on
stage! 
Seating is limited but tickets are free so reserve yours today. Shows
are on Wednesday, March 11th and Thursday, March 12th at 7pm. Limit 6
tickets per person.

very own one-of-a-kind actor Zach Handler.

A7. Casting Session for New BTV Show!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
BTV is currently developing a new sitcom, "Tripod," to be filmed ASAP.
There will be a CASTING SESSION for all people interested in PRINCIPAL
ROLES (most/all episodes), RECURRING ROLES (multiple appearances
throughout the show, though not present in all), or GUEST ROLES
(one-off appearances). 

There will be THREE OPPORTUNITIES for auditioning!

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11 5-6 PM
THURSDAY, MARCH 12 7-9 PM

All dates are in the Rear Lounge of the ICC. Script samples will be

Come find about about National Collegiate Volunteers and the work we are
doing to fight the health care crisis in New Orleans! Are you interested
in social justice and active citizenship? Do you have interesting ideas
about how to reform health care? If so, we could use your help!! We are
currently teaming up with the Louisiana Resource Guide Committee
(supported by the Louisiana Department of Health) to create a resource
database that aims to serve approx 90,000 low-income, uninsured adults!

------------------------------------------------------------------------
March 10, 2009 - 09:00PM                            Olin Sang Auditorium

Brandeis Television's hit comedy "Slice N Deis" is premiering it's sixth
and penultimate episode in Olin Sang Auditorium on Tuesday March 10th at
9pm. Admission is free!

SLICE N DEIS is an award-nominated, scripted sitcom produced by
Brandeis students for Brandeis Television. It follows a group of
friends at Brandeis University as they handle typical "Brandeis"
issues. It's a comedy that combines humor both outrageous and subtle to
satirize life at Brandeis.

B3. Dialogue on Disability: Speaker and Film Series
------------------------------------------------------------------------

David A. Ticchi, EdD “Social and Professional Treatment of People with
Disabilities”  

Dr. David A. Ticchi works at Newton North High School supervising a
School-to-Career program. Concurrent with his role as a teacher, David
serves as Special Assistant to the President at the Legal Sea Foods
Corporation where he administers the President’s Advisory Councils,
teaches a Disability Awareness seminar for managers and certified
trainers, and co-chairs the company’s Ethics Program. As a result of
his extensive work and the fact that he has been legally blind since
birth, Dr. Ticchi is recognized as an expert on the blind population in
America, and on the social and professional treatment of the disabled in
general.

Take on the challenge - Your team will have 48 hours to write, film and
edit your movie! Each team will get a character, a prop, a line of
dialog, and a genre that must be included in their film.

*At least one member from each team must attend the kick off event.
* If a group is Shabbat observant, then they have till Monday, March
17th at 5pm to hand in their film. They must arrange for someone to
