A4. Summer Fellowships in Israel/West Bank and US/Mexico
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Students Crossing Boundaries is a diverse group of student leaders who
have come together to empower each other and other students to explore
realities of various conflicts, observe the social, cultural, economic
and political conditions of the conflict and document and disseminate
their experiences to the public. SCB is a student-run organization
founded in 2007 after former President Jimmy Carter's visit to
Brandeis
where he encouraged students to travel to Israel and the Palestinian
territories to witness the conflict first-hand. In February of 2008,
SCB organized for eleven students to travel to Israel and the West
Bank.

This year we are offering two separate year-long fellowship programs
which includes a paid summer internship. The two locations include
Israel/West Bank (sponsored by former US President Jimmy Carter) and
US/Mexico. We are currently accepting applications online at
studentscrossingboundaries.com until 5 pm EST, Tuesday, October 28,
2008.
