A5. What is the Student Union doing for you?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Every week, we will be using this space to let you all know about a
couple projects that your Student Union Government is working on.
-- The Student Union advocated successfully for TVs on Rabb Steps. The
Administration has agreed to implement this in order to give clubs an
additional way to advertise their events on campus.
-- We are reimbursing your parties! If you have a party, use the
Student Union's party reimbursement program. Each week, two registered
parties will be reimbursed for up to $50. To apply, go to the below
site, fill out the form, and bring it to the Student Union office on
the third floor of the Shapiro Campus Center.
http://thetreasurer.org/documents/resources/Party%20Reimbursement%20-%20Application.pdf
-- The Student Union's Campus Operations Working Group meets with the
Administration to advocate for facilities and infrastructural changes
that are needed on campus (last year, this led to the revitalization of
Massell Pond). If you have any suggestions, please let us know. Email
Jason Gray, Director of Union Affairs, at jgray@brandeis.edu.
