As Co-Directors of Academic Affairs, Savannah Pearlman and Rebecca Bachman are responsible for academic initiatives coming out of the Student Union. Our initiatives include working on extended library hours around finals, student faculty interactions,and working on the departmental level through UDRs. Through responses to the UDR Survey we are able to respond to students needs within different academic areas. They planned and distributed over 120 vouchers for the Take Your Professor to Lunch Program this semester, and they look forward to having another successful program next semester. They have also accomplished getting extra study space for students surrounding and during finals time. Savannah and Rebecca are available for students to voice any academic concerns.
